The PWR! Twist in sitting improves trunk rotation – from your neck down to your hips. And when done rhythmically, it can decrease the symptom of rigidity. This whole body exercise is easily applied to many functional tasks. One that is needed every time we get in a car, is putting on our seat belt! This move also incorporates hands and eyes to accurately reach and push the latch into the buckle.
