PWR! Move of the Month
The PWR!Step in the seated position is a great exercise for any clients who have difficulty getting in/out of a car or a booth at a restaurant. Start with the stepping, add in a sit to stand, and then have your client go out to their car and practice in their natural environment.  This can also be a great way to warm up the hips/decrease rigidity prior to exercise.
