The PWR! Move of the Month for August 2019

 

We know the PWR!Moves are the building blocks for function. They are all that and so much more! We often have people tell us they need to work on strength. In addition to being functional, the PWR!Moves work on strength with or without added resistance. Hannah is demonstrating how to add a Theraband for added resistance to the standing PWR!Moves. As you work with the Theraband remember to keep continual tension on the band. The band also works great on your hands and knees. Thanks Hannah for a great PWR!Move of the month!
