About you
Johanna Murrell received her doctorate degree in physical therapy from East Carolina University in 2011. She also holds a bachelor’s degree in the biological basis of behavior with a concentration in neuroscience from the University of Pennsylvania. In addition, Johanna is a trained practitioner through the ATTP program with the National Parkinson’s Foundation, a PWR!Moves certified therapist 2013 and 2024, an LSVT-Big certified therapist, and a certified mat Pilates instructor. Johanna owns Wilmington Parkinson’s PT, providing in-home Parkinson's-specific training in her community.
