Really good posture is helpful to take those bigger steps, get a better heel to toe contact with the floor and to avoid that shuffling or where I kind of land with my foot flat. However, if I can PWR! Up before I walk with really nice posture it’s easier for me to take bigger steps and get that heel down first.
