Movement Disorder Alleviation Therapy
Philip R. Johnson, PhD
Movement Disorder Alleviation Therapy (MDAT)™, developed by Philip Johnson, is a non-medical intervention for treating motor and non-motor symptoms of movement disorders, such as Parkinson’s disease (PD). In this presentation, Dr. Johnson will review the protocol for MDAT™, discuss results from two case studies, and present findings from a study he is currently conducting. If time permits, Dr. Johnson will conclude with a brief neuromuscular relaxation training session.
