About you
Sara Fimiani graduated from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo with a BS Degree in Dietetics-Food Administration. She decided to change fields and go into the exercise field in 1986. She holds various certifications throughout her working career.
She started working with a PD client and his wife in 2007 and it really touched her heart. There needed to be more information. She took the PWR workshop in 2016 and gained so much knowledge in how to work with others with PD.
She started a part-time business, Fitness Advantage in June of 2000 doing in-home personal training to the general public and those with PD in Virginia. She recently moved to Alabama and is now doing online classes.
