I"m originally from Japan, studied sports and health science at the graduate school then worked in the media/marketing and sports industry over decade. I moved to the United States in 2011, became a fitness professional in 2012. Now, I am an instructor and a marketing director at the YMCA of Greater Charleston. My passion is in group exercise, my specialties are senior fitness, Arthritis exercise and aquatics. I"m a retired Navy wife, a mom of 2 girls (they born in 2020 & 2022) and 6 fur babies, a dancer, a marathon runner and a music player. My grandfather was with PD for long time, I was (and am still) a grandpa"s girl.
