After teaching mat Pilates since 2007, I began leading group classes at the PWR!Gym in 2013. This resulted in more training and certifications. In addition to being a PWR!Moves Certified Instructor, I am also a Nationally Certified Pilates Teacher, teaching both group classes as well as 1:1 with special populations.
