Melissa graduated from Lock Haven University in 2013 with a BS in Exercise Science. After school, she worked as a personal trainer, helping people lose weight and better themselves through exercise. Melissa understands how debilitating Parkinson’s can be, as her father has PD.
Melissa has been leading group exercise classes for people with Parkinson"s since February 2018.

We run non-contact boxing classes for people with Parkinson's Disease. We incorporate PWR!Moves into our classes to assist in fighting against PD.
