I am an ACE Certified Medical Exercise Specialist (CMES), PWR!Moves Certified Instructor, Mad Dog certified Spin instructor, Pole Walking instructor, and a trained Parkinson's Cycle Coach. I have 30+ years of experience working in the health care industry as an Occupational Therapist and I'm passionate about helping people achieve their full potential in life through physical activity.

I am also a PD support group leader, a Community Action Committee leader for Davis Phinney Foundation Healthy Parkinson’s Communities, Ambassador for the Parkinson's Foundation and PMDAlliance.

I provide personal training, PWR!Moves group classes, PWR!Moves Boxing Fusion and PWR!Moves Cycle Fusion classes.
