We provide in home personal training for older adults. We gave PWR! Moves certified trainers in Frederick, Montgomery and Baltimore counties and intend to certify the majority of the staff.

We provide one on one personal training services in the clients homes. All of our trainers have experience with older adults and Parkinson's Disease
