Kathleen Glazewski is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Senior Fitness Trainer who is passionate about helping people improve their quality of life through movement. As the owner and Head Coach of a Rock Steady Boxing affiliate, she has dedicated the past 10 years to working with individuals living with Parkinson's disease, empowering them to move with greater confidence, strength, and independence.
Kathleen is also a Certified Parkinson's Disease Specialist, combining specialized knowledge with compassionate coaching to create safe, effective, and engaging exercise programs tailored to the unique needs of those with Parkinson's. She believes that movement is medicine and is committed to helping every participant reach their highest potential, regardless of age or diagnosis.
