I am a wife of 17 years. My husband and I have 3 children and are empty nesters. I saw a need and jumped in to help. I got certified as quickly as I could and created 2 exercise groups for the Parkinson's community in our area of Jacksonville.

Exercise classes free of charge in 2 different churches and I hope to bring excitement, movement, and joy to all those surrounding the Parkinson's community! Together, we are stronger than the challenges we face.
