About you
Julie Watters is a Certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor with specializations in Behavior change, Cancer Exercise and Corrective Exercise, and with extensive experience in neuropathy, balance, bone health, and trauma. Her drive to work with Parkinson’s disease is born in her family’s genetic predisposition toward Charcot-Marie-Tooth Disease and neuropathy which her grandfather, father, and aunt all experience(d).
