Hello, I am a certified occupational therapist with a master"s degree in occupational therapy. My undergrad degree is in kinesiology. I maintain multiple certifications to include ACSM personal trainer and exercise physiologist, ACSM Exercise is Medicine Level 2, ATRI certified in aquatic therapy, LSVT BIG® Certified Clinician, and now PWR!Moves certified therapist.

I started SeniorFit Health Associates to expand beyond therapy into wellness. Over the years, I have worked with older adults with limitations on therapy visits or plateau and are discharged from therapy. SeniorFit wellness service is a great option post-rehab to fill the gap when your therapy ends, but you still need a professional to work with you to live the best life possible.
