Jill R. Howery, PT, has worked as a Physical Therapist for over 20 years in a variety of clinical settings. In 2023, she went out on her own and started Thrive Therapy and Wellness, an "outpatient-at home" mobile physical therapy and wellness practice with a focus on helping older adults be safe and independent in their homes. She has special interests in working with people with Parkinson disease, as well as, those seeking guidance for osteoporosis prevention and management. She is a PWR!Moves Certified Therapist, is BoneFit Trained, and has also completed a certification program for the Modern Management of the Older Adult (MMOA-Cert). She embraces a functional, fitness-forward approach to guide and empower her clients so they can continue to do the things that are important to them.
