I am certified to teach TRX, Yoga, Cycle and Rowing along with holding my RYT-500. I enjoy meeting and working with the PD population. It inspires me to see the effort and dedication they put forth to maintain their functionality. I feel like I am a part of something much greater than myself and being able to help others has given me great satisfaction.
