I am a Physical Therapist Assistant working at Rehab Services in Columbus, Nebraska.  I hold a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science with a  minor in Biology. I often work with PD and am a Rock Steady Boxing coach.  Additionally, I am an Ai Chi instructor at the Wellness Center serving many different populations geared towards pain reduction and balance.  Currently, I live in Columbus but was born and raised on the farm near Fullerton, Nebraska. I have All-American honors academically and athletically during my track and field days at Concordia University-Nebraska. My husband and I have two children and we enjoy every moment to get outdoors. I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, biking, walking, swimming, and traveling.
