Holly Carlsmith, PT, DPT

My name is Holly Carlsmith and I am a Doctor of Physical Therapy based in Missoula, Montana. I received my undergraduate B.S. in Integrative Physiology at the University of Montana and received my Doctor of Physical Therapy at the University of Pittsburgh. I currently am practicing as a physical therapist at a vestibular, balance, and orthopedic outpatient clinic, Element Physical Therapy, in Missoula. I am now also certified as a PWR!Moves Certified Therapist.
