I graduated from the University of South Carolina-Upstate with an Exercise Science degree then received my certification as an Exercise Physiologist. I believe EXERCISE IS MEDICINE. I am passionate about helping individuals take action so they can continue doing the things that they love! I am an advocate for continual wellness and helping people help themselves!

I am an upstate local! In my free time I love traveling, going to concerts, and watching baseball! I also love getting outdoors with my chocolate lab, Java! I am passionate about showing people what their body is capable of! My favorite part about my career is helping people find confidence in themselves and their abilities!
