My career began as a dancer, choreographer and teacher which expanded over the decades to include Wellness and Fitness. I've worked with toddlers to people aged 101. Since 2022, my focus has shifted primarily to Seniors, PwP, and LiveStrong participants. I'm a born and raised Philly girl living in the PNW. I love to read, garden and travel!
