About

About you
Courtney Purviance is a compassionate physical therapist who specializes in helping individuals recover from neurological conditions and rebuild their independence. She earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Montana State University–Billings and her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Montana.

Courtney's gained extensive clinical experience working in a Neuro and Trauma Recovery Center, community integration settings, and now primarily practices in the outpatient setting. She is passionate about working with individuals with neurological disorders, especially people with Parkinson's disease.

Several years ago, Courtney expanded her role into education and currently serves as adjunct faculty for the University of Colorado, where she enjoys mentoring future physical therapists and sharing her expertise in neurologic rehabilitation.

Courtney believes that healing begins with connection. She takes time to understand each patient’s story, providing personalized care that blends evidence-based techniques with empathy and encouragement. Her goal is to help every person she works with move better, feel stronger, and live life more fully.

Outside of the clinic, Courtney enjoys spending time doing anything and everything outdoors with her husband and kiddos.
