Christina has over 20 years of experience as a physiotherapist. She graduated from the University of Saskatchewan in 2000 has since worked with clients with orthopedic, neurological and cardiorespiratory issues in both in and outpatient settings.

Christina lovse helping people achieve their goals whether it be in group settings or one-on-one in the comfort of their home.

I provide in home physiotherapy tailoring each session to my client"s specific goals and needs.

I lead a Parkinson"s specific group class weekly with PWR! Moves integrated into each class at Ladysmith Martial Arts.

Also, at the Ladysmith Health Centre I treat clients with joint replacements and run balance and neuro rehab groups.
