Working with the Parkinson's Community is what I enjoy doing. Helping people along their Fitness Journey to improve their movement and have them take charge of their life and fitness goals brings me so much joy. Movement has brought my life joy, from classical dancer to fencer and beyond. Instilling the understanding of how a body moves and watching clients exceed their goals and live a more fluid life is what my career has been anchored in.

I was able to work at the 2025 PWR! Retreat and the experience opened my mind and my practice in ways that I could never have imagined.

I have worked as a Fitness Instructor and Wellness Trainer for over 24 years both in the North Fulton Area of Georgia and in Charleston, South Carolina. I started working with the Parkinson's Community in 2014 as a Fitness and Movement Instructor. Over the years I have expanded my knowledge and expertise.
