My name is Bri Colton. I graduated from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse in 2021 with a degree in therapeutic recreation. I am a Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist (CTRS) currently working as the Program Coordinator at the Sports, Therapeutic, and Adaptive Recreation (STAR) Center.

STAR offers the Can"t Stop Me- Parkinson"s Program which includes five different exercise components for individuals with Parkinson"s Disease- PD Dance, PD Music, High-Intensity Exercise, Keep Moving- Low-Intensity Exercise, and Rock Steady Boxing.
