I've been working in my industry for over a decade, and my love for fitness and body positivity has only grown stronger with time. I completed my Degree in Exercise and Sports Science in 2013 and have been a Certified Personal Trainer ever since. My focus has been on working with seniors, and I've been fortunate to assist clients with Parkinson's Disease for four years. I'm genuinely enthusiastic about helping everyone I work with feel and think better!
