I have a strong interest in evidence-based neurologic rehabilitation, but my passion is in health promotion and wellness for people with various neurologic conditions. I am board certified in Neurologic Physical Therapy and was residency trained at Mount Sinai Hospital. I currently practice Physical Therapy at Strength in Motion PT and Gallop NYC (Hippotherapy).

I am also a coach at CrossFit South Brooklyn and have been coaching CrossFit for the past 15 years. I have extensive experience with personal training, group classes, and individualized exercise program design for in person and remote clients.
