April Huckabey – ISSA-CPT, PD Exercise Specialist

I coach classes for those living with neurological conditions, mainly those with Parkinson’s Disease (but also strokes, MS, early cognitive decline and Huntingtons), in boxing, PWR! Moves, strength, coordination, balance, posture, fine and gross motor skill, and every day tasks to include, getting in and out of chair and the car, rolling over in bed, getting up and down off on the floor. Offer support group services and classes, provide caregiver classes and after passing classes and support sessions.
