I am an AFAA certified personal trainer since 2014, ACE group exercise instructor since 2021, and registered yoga teacher since 2018. I completed my first PWR!Moves Instructor course in 2016 and loved it. I recently completed the certification virtually and learned additional information that I love sharing with participants. I"ve also completed the Delay the Disease certification in April 2021. In addition, I have a Master"s in Health Promotions.

I currently teach group exercise classes with the Houston Area Parkinson"s Society and hope to add back more classes or personal training in the fall.
