About
About you
I am a qualified physiotherapist who worked solely for the NHS upon obtaining my first class honours Physiotherapy BSc. degree (2014).
I am passionate about helping people with Parkinson's live their best and fullest life possible, and I am also passionate about helping older people prevent falls by becoming stronger and better at balance. Doing the best for these groups of clients means being able to spend time developing relationships and nurturing these relationships over time.
Having found myself unable to provide the evidence-based long term interventions this requires, within the NHS, I went on to obtain a number of further qualifications to enable me to become a specialist physiotherapist in the areas of Parkinson's rehabilitation as well as Falls Prevention.
I am now a PWR! (Parkinson Wellness Recovery) Moves Certified Therapist, PD Warrior Level 2 Accredited Therapist, and a Postural Stability Instructor (PSI).
Prior to this, I worked in business management, focusing specifically on international and global brand and marketing strategy.
