July Wellness Series: Pelvic Floor Excercises

Pelvic floor strength can be beneficial for people with Parkinson Disease. Strengthening the pelvic floor muscles can help optimize function relating to bladder, bowel, and sexual dysfunction.

Join us as we introduce Diana Fasset, a physical therapist currently specializing in pelvic floor health, with over a decade of experience in the field. Diana will discuss strategies and demonstrate exercises directed at improving pelvic floor function to better your health!

Once a month, PWR!Gym will offer presentations and discussions on topics pertaining to living well with Parkinson’s disease (ie. Nutrition, sleep, stress management).

    Pelvic floor exercises have made a huge difference in bladder and bowel control for my clients. I highly recommend them to everyone!
