We have added more exercise videos and a second Calendar to the original Balance Guided Plan. Balance helps you to walk, stand, reach, eat, and play with Parkinson’s. Now is the time to use a Balance Guided Plan to improve how you balance in your life.
We suggest you practice the Guided Plan program for 2 months straight by repeating our first calendar plan twice OR or working through our first calendar and then adding the second calendar for the 2nd month. Doing both calendars will give you tons of different videos to select from, and you will improve your balance– and have fun!
