About you
Ana Espinoza is a dedicated Occupational Therapist with over 15 years of experience specializing in neurological rehabilitation and functional independence. She is the founder of AE Wellness Recovery, doing business as Seniors Wellness Recovery, where she provides compassionate, evidence-based care to support individuals in achieving safety, mobility, and an enhanced quality of life.
Ana has been certified in PWR! (Parkinson Wellness Recovery) Moves® as a Therapist since 2010 and earned her PWR! Moves® Instructor Certification in 2022. She has completed extensive continuing education in Parkinson’s disease, fall prevention, home safety, and other neurological conditions. Passionate about empowering individuals and supporting the Parkinson’s community, Ana is committed to delivering personalized interventions that promote independence, confidence, and overall wellness.

Mobile Outpatient Therapy – Personalized one-on-one therapy delivered in the comfort of the client’s home for neurological conditions such as Parkinson’s disease, stroke, dementia, and other neurological conditions.
Home Safety and Fall Prevention Evaluations – Assessment and recommendations to improve safety and reduce fall risk at home.
Customized Exercise and Movement Programs – Individualized one-on-one or small group sessions for 5 to 10 people.
Care Transitions and Discharge Support – Guidance for individuals and families navigating hospital discharges, changes in care needs, and new neurological diagnoses.
Serving the greater Denver Metro Area, including Littleton, Highlands Ranch, Englewood, Lakewood, Centennial, Cherry Hills Village, and South Denver.
