Shannon is an Occupational Therapist with over 20 years of experience across inpatient rehabilitation, acute care, skilled nursing, and home health. She is the owner of AgeWise Therapy, a mobile outpatient therapy practice serving older adults in Lincoln, Nebraska and surrounding communities.
Shannon specializes in helping individuals remain safe, independent, and engaged in meaningful daily activities within their own homes. Her approach emphasizes functional, real-life movement and individualized care delivered in the environment where it matters most.
She has a special interest in working with individuals with Parkinson’s disease and is trained in PWR! (Parkinson Wellness Recovery), incorporating evidence-based, movement-focused interventions to improve mobility, confidence, and quality of life.
