About you
Dr. Crampton has extensive expertise in neurological rehabilitation, and is known for her compassionate approach and dedication to helping individuals achieve their highest potential through evidence-based, individualized moderate/high-intensity Physical Therapy Programs.

Dr. Rose Crampton earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Grand Valley State University in 2010, specializing in neurological physical therapy. She also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biology from Oakland University.

A proud Michigan native, Dr. Crampton was born and raised in the Great Lakes State and has lived and worked throughout Michigan as a Doctor of Physical Therapy.

Dr. Crampton completed PWR!Moves Certified Professional Training in October 2025, enabling her to provide specialized, research-driven treatment for individuals with Parkinson’s disease.

Parkinson Wellness Recovery (PWR!),is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit founded by Dr. Becky G. Farley in Tucson, Arizona. PWR! is leading a global movement to integrate therapy and community-based wellness for people with Parkinson’s disease. Encouraging neuroscience driven techniques and targeted specific Parkinson's exercise to be prescribed at diagnosis and then practiced and modified throughout an individual's life with the condition to optimize their function and wellbeing.

Dr. Crampton is excited to announce the collaboration with The Collective and Tawas Wellness Warriors to integrate Physical Therapy and community- based wellness classes to improve the lives of people with Parkinson’s in the Tawas Community.
