I am the owner and head coach of 2 Rock Steady Boxing locations, a retired physical therapist (licensed from 1986-2024), and a certified PWR Moves instructor since 2018.

Rock Steady Boxing Northeast PA which opened in 2016 has locations in Old Forge and Tunkhannock in Pennsylvania. We incorporate the PWR Moves into all our RSB classes and have another coach also certified in PWR Moves to make our program very well-rounded and balanced to fight Parkinson's using many tools.
