Skyler Rost, PT, DPT

Skyler "Sky" Rost earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of the Incarnate Word in 2024 and holds a bachelor’s degree in Health, Kinesiology, and Leisure Studies from Baylor University. She has a strong interest in neurological and vestibular rehabilitation, which led her to work as a Graduate Neuro Research Assistant and contribute to a podcast focused on degenerative conditions. Sky also has specialized training in Pilates-based rehab, supporting her holistic approach to treating low back pain and other diagnoses. Outside the clinic, she enjoys sports, staying active, and spending time outdoors.
