I have over 19 years of experience as a physical therapist.  While I have worked in pediatric and outpatient settings, most of my experience is in home health working with the aging adult population. In 2015, I started my own business, Safe at Home Physical Therapy, providing therapy and helping people stay active. I travel to people in their homes and now have a gym in Victor, NY (next to Mark"s Pizzeria). I became a Rock Steady Boxing affiliate in 2018 which led to my interest in working more with people with Parkinson"s. I am a certified exercise expert for aging adults, Certified RSB coach, LSVT Big Certified, and PWR!Moves Certified Therapist. I look forward to helping you!
