NeuroAxis Rehabilitation Services provides therapy services (PT, OT, SLP) within your home and at our clinic location. In addition to therapy, we offer Mental Health Counseling, Patient Advocacy, Massage and Exercise Services. We specialize in working with individuals who have a history of a neurologic disorder.
