Jacob Zawolkow PTA

Jacob Zawolkow is a licensed PTA that works at Casa Colina Hospital in outpatient facility with their Neuro population. He has been working at this facility here for nearly 4 years, where he has worked in the transitional living center, inpatient rehab and now, works full time in their outpatient facility. Jacob also assists running their high level and low level Parkinson"s group classes they offer on campus, once a week.

I work 1 on 1 with Parkinson"s patients during their authorized therapy sessions by their insurance, as well as assist in leading our high and low level Parkinson"s group classes that can range from 4 to 10 people, both in person and virtual
