I am an ACE Certified Personal Trainer, Parkinson's Disease Fitness Specialist and PWR! Moves Instructor that specializes in movement/motion and mindfulness with those living with the disease. I've been training and teaching clients for over 18 years to all kinds of people, but have come to love the need for exercise in aging adults, specifically those with Parkinson's Disease. I emphasize the importance of movement as medicine but in a group setting so we can not only tackle the disease with exercises, but with a sense of community that offers support for social and mental wellbeing.
