Grace Chaney, BS, ACSM-CPT, EIM-2

Hi! My name is Grace Chaney and I am a certified personal trainer and PWR!Moves Certified Instructor located in Rochester, MN. I am originally from Cincinnati, OH where I grew up playing competitive soccer. After suffering 2 back-to-back knee injuries and subsequent surgeries, I became fascinated with the body"s ability to heal. Furthermore, its ability to come back from an injury is even STRONGER than it was before. I obtained my certification in personal training in 2017 and went on to teach strength and conditioning for athletes. In college, I majored in Kinesiology and Health and ended up volunteering at a local PT clinic. There I met an amazing array of patients who had Parkinson"s Disease. I found my true passion lay in both rehabilitation and evidence-based practice (research)! Now, I am a research student in Orthopedics at Mayo Clinic and am teaching PWR!Moves locally :)
