The Basic 4 | PWR!Moves® Exercises

PWR!Moves are the building blocks of FUNction. These exercises are designed to teach people how to use HIGH EFFORT, large amplitude movements and complete muscle ACTIVATION.

PWR!Moves can be used as a stand alone exercise program, but more importantly, these principles can be integrated into ANY exercise program, ANY activity (function, activities of daily living, recreation, sports and hobbies), in ANY setting (community group or rehab 1:1), by therapists and fitness professionals.
