Tie those shoes with ease!
PWR!Up and prepare the hips to have the flexibility to tie your shoes. Enjoying the full hip hinge when bending forward and preparing your body to tie a shoe easily. We step big with the PWR!ful steps while seated. Using the big step motion helps us to place the foot in our lap to put your shoe on.
