Tyler Martin is a licensed physical therapist at Athletico Physical Therapy – Knapp’s Corner. He obtained his B.A. in Exercise Science at Cornerstone University in 2013 and received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Michigan in 2016. Tyler completed a clinical rotation at Grand Rapid’s Hauenstein Neuroscience Center which provided him with experience utilizing PWR! exercises to treat patients with movement deficits due to Parkinson’s Disease. Based in an outpatient orthopedic setting, Tyler brings an eclectic background of treating musculoskeletal injuries related to the spine, shoulder, hips, knees and ankle in addition to addressing Parkinson’s Specific gait/balance problems.
In his spare time, Tyler can often be found hiking, fishing, hunting, playing golf, traveling and doing DIY projects around the house.
