Samantha is a certified personal trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM), a certified group fitness instructor from the American Council on Exercise (ACE), a registered yoga teacher through YogaFit (with specialties in back care, meditation, breathing, and working with chakras). She also holds specialty certification in TRX Suspension Training, Gravity Group (Total Gym) training, and Step instruction.
Originally from Seattle, WA, Samantha moved to Long Beach to work full time as a physical therapy aide. After three and a half years, she decided to make a shift more towards “preventative medicine.” Samantha feels that with personal training she can not only help progress those in need of strength increase and pain reduction, but also help those with the mindset of “fixing things before they go wrong,” which she finds extremely valuable. Her passion for training is contributed to her belief that exercise can be accessible to everybody.
