Dana is a certified Exercise Physiologist through ACSM (American College of Sports Medicine). She also has her M.S. in Clinical Exercise Physiology and B.S. in Exercise Science with a Fitness Concentration. Dana is located at Riverside Health Fitness Center, a medically-based fitness center in Bourbonnais, IL. Under the guidance of Dana, RHFC is starting a Parkinson’s program using PWR!Moves to emphasize big, high intensity, and repetitive movements to counteract Parkinson’s symptoms coming Spring 2018!!

PWR!Moves Level 1- using the BASIC 4 | PWR!Moves
PWR!Moves Level 2-still incorporating the BASIC 4 | PWR!Moves, the level 2 class will bring more challenges using Flows
PWR!Moves Circuit- integrates PWR!Moves into fitness and more traditional gym activities
PWR!Moves Cardio Challenge- combines PWR!Moves, cardio and gait focused interval training programs
One-on-One Personal Training
Intensive Bout “Boot Camps”:
•5 consecutive days
•1 hour exercise—Benefit: the participants will see the benefits of exercise sooner rather than coming in a few times a week
•1 hour educational
•1 hour lunch on the last day—to provide a community/support system with one another
