I am a co-owner of a 24,000 square foot fitness facility that is focused on keeping people moving and healthy. We donate our classrooms to our local Parkinson’s Education and Support Group of Sussex County 6 days a week. Since 2013, I have volunteered with the support group to help coordinate exercise, support, and education for our members with Parkinson’s.
