Margaret is the sole practitioner of individualized personal care and/or education that enhance breathing, posture, movement and function. This can be useful for wellness education or recuperation needed due to illness, injury and/or stress. She treats in both a home based office and also provides home/office visits for patients or industry, using varied equipment to enhance treatment such as portable treatment table, gymnastic balls, balance boards.
Margaret has a BA in Physical Therapy from Russell Sage-Albany Medical College and an Advanced MA from NYU in Physical Therapy – Kinesiology. Margaret has co-authored with Carola Speads a chapter, “Breathing:An Approach for Facilitating Movement”, for Dr. Osa Jackson’s book, Therapeutic Considerations for the Elderly. Margaret has extensive continuing education, including attending Adult NDT Training seminars. Margaret has been practicing as a Physical Therapist since 1974.
